Our Mission
Our mission is to highlight unique professionals in our community and provide mentorship opportunities for the next generation.
‘Minds of Trinidad and Tobago’ is the second resource to be born out of the MindsOf Initiative with the flagship program established in Jamaica in 2019.
This platform is curated to promote and foster mentor-mentee relationships for young, talented students across the islands of Trinidad and Tobago.
INFORM
We hope that through the stories we highlight of our Minds we can INFORM young students of the variety of career options that exist in Trinidad and Tobago and beyond.
INSPIRE
The journey and mentorship of our Minds will INSPIRE students across the island who may feel lost, may feel as though someone from their background cannot realistically achieve their dreams or simply may not have the information needed to make informed and strategic career decisions.
Achieve
Ultimately, our hope is that through this approach more students will be able to ACHIEVE success and happiness in their careers and life.
The Vision
We strive to develop an empowered and reformed Caribbean, with youth finding their true passions and specializing in diverse fields. Our goal is to be a platform through which we can empower a new generation of professionals who feel equipped and connected to their interests within their country. We know the path to growth lies within the minds of our students and future nation builders.
